Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

At BaliniSports, we value our customer satisfaction.

If in any other means that we didn’t meet this expectation, we will gladly accept the return or exchange under the following circumstances:

All authorized returns and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from the shipping date. A written authorization number must be obtained for all returns. You can do it by filling up Returns & Exchange form. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.   For faster service, please email [email protected] at the same time as well.

All items for return / exchange should be subjected under the following terms;  (1) No altered merchandise will be accepted (i.e.: screen printed, embroidered, washed, dyed, embellished, worn, torn, grossly used and the like). Only goods that have not been altered in any way will be considered for return. (2) All tags must be attached, (3) shipping cost are shouldered by the customer.

We encourage you to inspect the merchandise upon receipt.  If you have any quality issue with the other, please let us know.  Balini is committed to making high quality yoga apparel and keeping our fans happy.

Shipping. Packages are sent by United States Post Office First Class with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise instructed.  Balini Sports will ship goods ordered within 3-5 business days of payment rendered. Balini Sports will notify you should there be any delay.

Shipping Internationally.  We ship everywhere and anywhere USPS/UPS goes :)  Please understand that we can not control the postal service and customs.  Sometimes there could be delays, but we do have many happy customers around the world.

Duties / Taxes. BaliniSports is not responsible for any duties that might occurred.  We do not pay duties for customers, nor can provide estimates on duties.  However, we will make sure we provide all the appropriate documentation to help expedite the customs process.

Shipping for Returned Items. Unfortunately, Balini Sports can not shoulder the shipping on return items, unless otherwise arranged with us. Also, original shipping charges & all international shipping charges are nonrefundable. When you return an item to us, please include the invoice and don’t forget to circle the item(s) you are returning. If you no longer have the invoice, please print out the order confirmation emails. All returns should include a note with your name, return address, email address, and day time phone number. Please make sure you keep a copy for your own records. We recommend that all returns be sent via a trackable service. BaliniSports will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Payment Adjustment Policy. Refund will be credited in your account or credit card statements within 1-2 billing cycles. The original credit card used for the order will be credited.

Note: This is only applicable for items bought online or transactions made through www.BaliniSports.com. All refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than www.BaliniSports.com  must be handled by the original location of purchase. They will, in return, communicate with us with the process of Exchange and Return.

 

Returns will be processed as soon as possible but please allow at least two weeks from the shipping date on your return.
